Lately, it seems that there is an increasing number of people posing as others online, whether it be on MySpace, on Blogs, or wherever. I tend to notice that many people pose as celebs, music bands/members, models, etc., and many fans of the true celebs end up falling into their ploy.
Yet I ask you now WHY do these individuals take pleasure in posing as others?? Is it because they consider their lives boring and dull, and so find it necessary to pose as others to make their lives more fulfilling and interesting?? Do they find it as some "game," and find it amusing to pose as another person?? Why can't they just be themselves, instead of not only lying to tons of people on the Internet, but also lying to themselves and not being true to themselves?? What is SO wrong with just being yourself that you need to pose as another person on the Net??

they want to feel attractive i dunno. i dont do it. cuz i agree with u, posers are AWWKWARD....no offense of course. just that im like...so u pose online half naked wanting sumone to say u sexy or hot then u meet them then u get raped, then u sue them...then who's fault is it that u just lost the thing most important to u (purity) urs. if u didnt pose, then u wudnt have that happen to u. stupidity i call it.

Because sweetie, the people that are posing themselves on myspace, on blogs, or anywhere else are trying to attract children to them. That is what is called Sexual Predators.
