How Do You Add New Paragraphs?

You know how like celebs on their myspace they add other paragraphs than Myspace normal lets you add. Like they add a paragraph ab put a new CD they have or something like that. Pretend I want to add a new paragraph about Boston, how would I add a new paragraph?
