it turns out that they all have their layouts in common. and when u go on their profile like on vanessa hudgens or ashley tisdale, it doesn't say where they got their layout from. if you know please tell me!

they hire a web developer/designer and have their myspace customized by those professionals.
i edited a myspace profile for a hip-hop artist a year ago.
since they're celebs, hiring a web designer is the one of the way where they can really customize their layouts.
some celebs do it on their own.
