Is it illegal to run a celebrity's myspace profile like musicians, etc and stuff illegal without the celebs permission? anyone know what would happen? Thanks.

Myspace rules state that a band or celebrity myspace is to be used by that band or celebrity. It even goes so far as to specify that 'fan' spaces are not allowed. Of course, oftentimes, if you do a search for a band, you will find many different spaces. But, that doesnt mean that it is condoned or allowed by myspace. It just means that people aren't following the rules.

nothing would happen since celebrities don't have time for myspaces and people who pretend they're those celebs are just posers.

Depends, you can have a fan site on myspace for them but you can not pretend to be them because you could go to jail, in other words it is illegal.
