Has anyone seen those sites where they give a pic of a celeb and you stretch and pull it and make their faces look really funny...yeah does anyone know if and how I can recreate something like this on a personal site or on myspace?

I would guess they are using a Java applet. You could probably get a freeware version of just such an applet. Google for warp applet or check out the link below to get you started.

Those are generally Script Conding or Flash projects, if you know none of them try to search for something like templates, but I highly doubt if you'll find it...
