I was thinking " Noah Cyrus " you know, the one who played the evil girl in Hannah Montana. In the episode " Torn Between Two Hannah's" shes the one in the ball pit when Lily and Miley/Hannah jump in to get away from all of Hannah's fans. Noah is pretty famous. Plus shes in a lot of pics with Miley.
