I personally don't, major celebrities and bands have them moderated and generally advertise but small time celebrities i think from time to time have a look..everyone likes a bit of fan praise.
..Me personally i add bands and celebrities for the music and for event info.

I dont think all of them are real but some of them are. Or sometimes they just come to look at it. But someone else is controlling it for them.
I added that girl Kristin Cavalari from laguna beach. Lol.
Cuz shes hot. And yeah it was real. Trust me.
