How can you tell who is real and who isn't? Espcially if their profiles are on provate or are they any celebs/bands who are fake? Thanks!

If there page isnt private, you can usually tell by the pics they have, if they are real or not. a fake is only going to have pics from magazines %26amp; the net.

usually it says official myspace. idk can't they get sued if it's not them when it says official? that's just my guess

usually if it is there real myspaces they would have personal pictures up, not just ones u can get of the internet. i guess if the profile was private it ight have sumthing to do with it

if they're celebs, they wouldn't be there. they have their own websites. and will charge to get into certain parts of it or for prints and downloads. that's how they make money. their time is money, they do nothing unless there's a profit in it.

I wonder this also, but then in the national newspapers they mention that certain famous people are on 'myspace'!!!, so i've come to the conclusion that, there maybe some on there, but alot r probably fake - we will never really know (unless u end up meeting up with them one day- but i doubt that very much)

You can't....it's a virtual reality..you can be anyone you wanna be and no one will ever know, unless it's people that you know like your friends/family/co-workers but in actual fact you can't tell. It's a fun site but there are some freaks out there. As for the bands that one I take lightly, I just add them if I dig their music.

i think if they get on once a month and it shows you the last time they have been on under their picture!!!!i think that is how cuz my sister says t.i. and it sais the last time he got on was july 1,2006
