What would you call a stalker? (referring to celebrities)?

Would you call someone a stalker for looking at a celeb's picture online a lot.

Would you call someone a stalker for having their pics on their wall?

What about being their friend on myspace?

What about talking about the celeb a lot?

Or would you call a stalker someone that is more serious about it...(following them, trying to find their address, trying to get their email, trying to get their phone number, ect)

I, personally, think a stalker is someone more serious (following them, ect.)

I'd think a "stalker" would be the 'fan' who took it a step further! Found out where the celebrity lived approached the celebrity.. when it's inappropriate. Sends them weird letters. Follows them.

What you're describing is just having no life...

A stalker actually follows the person physically.

a stalker would be doing activities that most people normally wouldn't engage in....such as sifting through someone's trash...following someone who is doing their normal daily affairs, also secretly photographing while following....%26amp; i suppose the real nutjobs would try to gain access to the celeb's house or other personal property. i cannot relate to the psychoses driving these stalkers but it must be a real ugly, lonely life.
