Almost any celebrity you can think of has their own page on myspace, but for every celeb, their are hundreds of imposters claiming to be that exact same person. So as far as searching them, it's pretty easy to find musical celebs because you can search their name under Music and just select the one with the most views/friends, and that's likely the real person. However, for a non-musical celeb, for example Jessica Alba, you will have a VERY difficult time finding the real one.

Also, it is nearly impossible to actually talk to that person, because they will likely have hundreds of thousands of friends (sometimes even a million, depending on their popularity), so it really is kind of futile to request em.

Any person controlling a celebrity's account is either a fan (with a fake unsponsored one) or a publicist of that celebrity.

The celebs never log into that account because they have a full-time job as an entertainer. The publicist has a full-time job maintaining their Myspace page, %26amp; needless to say, they aren't ALLOWED to comment you back. It's strictly used as a promotional tool.

That's why I laugh every time someone comments Rihanna or Fall Out Boy .. asking them a personal question or to "comment them back", when they've never even probably SEEN their own page.

It is vital for the artists to keep a good online image.

You will notice almost right away if you try to comment someone as huge as Fall Out Boy. They have 1,894,000 friends; what makes you think they're going to return your comment? Looks like some of the pictures were taken at some form of graduation. It appears she has on a robe which is open in some of the shots and is holding what appears to be a diploma. Also has some sort of award around her neck on a ribbon. I would guess she just graduated a 2 or 4 year college and thats where the pictures were taken at.

Usually it is not the celeb that looks at that. It is the head of a fan club or cyberspace publicity agent, etc. etc. I have a few on my page. Just be patient and eventually they will accept you. I think one of the bands I asked took about a month before I was accepted. Probably because they are backed up with others who want the same as you do.

All i can say is when Pretty Rick came to my home town for the Scream tour that shouted me out and we had lunch together. And i met Jazze pha, Lloyd, and Cherish. From a contest on my space. And my cousin write Diddy and Hoops from flavor of love, and they write back. Plus there are a lot of celebrities from my home town and world wide that are on there. Okay how do I report the person/webmaster that is behind this certain celebs myspace account for running it illigally without the celebs permission? You really can't see the profile since it's on private and may others are ticked they are being denied as well because he will only add female fans(andj judges peoples pictures and just adds sexy women) and not males and hois myspace could be run illegally without his permission. What should be done? Should the publicist.agent be notified? thanks. I know some celebs are fake, but with this celeb/it's possibly the webmaster doing all this, I feel that there should be at least something that could be done. If anyone knows also what happens to the webmaster(which we think it's his doing with the decrimination not adding all fans, etc and not the actors fault) and the profile that would be great. It seems MySpace would be the contact that could do something about that here. That's one problem with the internet, you can basically throw anything you want out there. Probably not much could be done legally to make the person discontinue the site unless the actual celebrity catches wind of it and pursues a cease and desist order. What do you all think of myspace and the net in general as far as star-struck fans go? My husband and his band currently have an obsessed fan. There is a woman who desperately wants to meet my husband and sent myspace messages - we were kind enough to email a polite response back. She is not aware this it wasn't actually my husband and now tells ridiculous tales on internet posting sites about how he loves her and she talks to him. She still has her myspace page dedicated to meeting him even after she has been blocked and notified that any further attempts to contact the band or him will result in police intervention. Weird how she doesn't get it. I suppose it could be worse, she has no idea where any of us live and doesn't have phone numbers. A concert promoter got that info once and wouldn't stop harrassing until the number was changed. I would assume that other celebs have experienced this problem. How have you dealt with it?

Do not make the mistake of thinking that you are safely hidden from someone who has made up her mind that he wants her. That is what several celebrities who have been harmed have said after the fact. Make sure to get some kind of protection for your home. Even if you get a basic home security package that has alarms on the doors and windows. You have to realize that people for the most part understand that your husband is just a talented man providing the gift of music to his fan base. Some people are ill and will think that he wants to be with them...because it makes their lives more interesting, etc. You'll have all kinds of people writing all kinds of things about him....but when it comes to obsessed fans who have emotional stability issues, your number one concern is to protect yourself and your family. Good luck with is career and with protecting your loved ones.

When you draw a fan base, it is going to happen. You are going to get those obsessed, ill adjusted people who can't handle their feelings on a mature matter. I would say that most are harmless, but some you have to be cautious with. I feel you are handling the situation well, by contacting the authorities. Unfortunately that is all you can do. Try to ignore the less sane individuals. Don't have anymore contact with them and if any suspicious activities arise, keep contacting the authorities for you and your husbands protection.
